The project involves the renovation of an existing two-story commercial building located in downtown Mason City, IA. The second floor involves the renovation of 2,375 sq. ft. into a residential loft apartment. The main floor involves renovation of a 6,200 sq. ft. retail space. These spaces will incorporate many “green” design features and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Certification is a goal for this project. |
